NEW YORK (Indonesia Today) - Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. announced on Monday (Oct 22) that its Indonesia mine, PT Freeport Indonesia, sold 178,000 ounces of gold in the third quarter (July-Sept) of 2012, dropped 54% from 384,000 ounces in the same period of 2011. Average realized gold price was $1,728 per ounce.
